My stay at the Marriott Quebec City Downtown was quite pleasant overall. The location was fantastic, just steps away from Old Quebec, which made exploring super convenient. I did have a couple of minor issues with room cleanliness and space, but the staff truly shined in their friendliness and helpfulness. I’d definitely recommend it for its prime location and character.

Rooms

The room was comfy and modern, though I found it a bit tight for a family of four. It was clean and well-maintained, but could use more storage options. I had a wall view, so I'd suggest asking for a room with a better view when booking.
Service
9.0
The service was incredibly friendly, with staff being bilingual and attentive. Jeremy and the concierge were particularly great, assisting me with my bags and providing helpful recommendations.

You can't beat the location! It was super walkable to all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops, plus just a stone's throw from the gates of Old Quebec.

Dining options were decent but pricey for what you get. I enjoyed breakfast, though I think there could’ve been a few more options to choose from.

The hotel offered the usual amenities, but I was surprised to find out that I had to pay for Wi-Fi. Also, the bar area could use some updates.

6.2/10

My stay at Marriott Quebec City Downtown was a mix of positives and a few letdowns. The location is fantastic, just outside the gates of Old Quebec City, making it easy to explore. The staff was friendly and welcoming, ensuring I had a pleasant experience. However, the breakfast offerings and some of the dining experiences didn't quite meet the expected standards, and I encountered issues with housekeeping. Overall, I enjoyed my time, but there were moments that could have been improved.

My stay at Marriott Quebec City Downtown was truly amazing, thanks to its fantastic location and friendly staff. I loved being just a short walk away from the attractions in Old Quebec, though I did find the room's heating system rather loud, which made it a bit challenging to get restful sleep. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience and great service. 🌟

While I didn't dine at the on-site restaurant due to my wish to explore other eateries, the breakfast options looked delicious and varied, although a bit pricey.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was fantastic, with easy access to Old Quebec and many nearby restaurants, but I faced significant challenges with the service. The staff were friendly, yet the lack of organization during my arrival led to major delays. I enjoyed the spacious room, but it was cold, which made things less comfortable. Overall, I appreciated the hotel's prime location, but service improvements are necessary. 🏨
